Wine at Home makes secure deliveries thanks to the agreements with SDA courier.

• Shipping costs are calculated during order and doesn't include any costs for importing goods or customs duties.
• The laws of some countries allow the delivery of the goods after signing and only by adult people
• Some countries adopt laws that restrict the number of bottles that can be purchased with a single order. Wine at Home is not responsible in case of a failure to the delivery due to this condition
• Wine at Home monitors his stocks in the warehouse, but there are situations where a product is no longer available or is sold out. In this case our staff will contact you to decide a possible replacement
• The special offers are valid until stocks last.

Wine at Home ensures product quality and service. All shipments are insured against damage, but if the ordered goods arrive damaged you can request a refund directly to the carrier.
